Where are we?

Dragonhouse is on the outskirts of Ballarat, 10 mins from Sovereign Hill

How do I get there?

It is 1.5 hr by car from central Melbourne along the Western Highway

There is a rail service from Melbourne and we will meet your train for that vital few kilometers at the end. (there is no charge for transport to and from the local station))

Arrangements can be made for Airport pickup for international and interstate visitors.

Payment?

50% deposit (non refundable) to confirm the booking , the balance on leaving.

Please note. At the moment Dragonhouse is unable to offer credit card facilities.

Evening Meals?

Evening meals can be arranged at extra charge.

In addition your maid can provide a menu of snacks and munchies at anytime

Ballarat has a wide range of pubs, restaurants and takeaways

Do you cater for singles?

CERTAINLY, but you will be on your own, and the price is still the same

 Will there be others?

NO!. Only one couple or group at any time. You will have absolute privacy both inside and out.

The only exception to this are the open day public functions that are organised from time to time

What about groups?

YES, please enquire about group prices. The B&B has bed spaces for four,

and alternative arrangements for more (however someone may have to sleep in the cage…<WEG> )

Remember there is only one couple or group at a time. You wont have to share your space

Is The Space available for hire for an event?

YES, rates and facilities vary according to requirements and numbers. Please discuss your needs with rose.

What is BDSM?

If you need to ask, this place is going to come as a shock to you and it may not be what you are looking for. Otherwise come on in….you wont get hurt…Much!! (well you did ask didn’t you?)

Needless to say we only permit consensual activities within the house and environs.

Isolation???

The cage, the box….and then there is the misery shed.

If you or your partner are into sensory deprivation or restraint in isolation then we have a variety  of experiences for you, and more are always in the pipeline.

Remember….no one can hear you scream,( and if they do they may not care) but thats what you wanted isn't it?

Is there a Mistress available

NO! We are only a bed and breakfast with facilities for play.

Will someone play with me

Only if you bring someone to play with.
